Using Broken Zine

By using Broken Zine, you agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users. We may remove accounts, submissions, comments, or other material that violates our rules, creates security or abuse problems, or is otherwise inappropriate for the site.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.

Your work and submissions

You retain ownership of work you submit unless a separate publication agreement says otherwise. Submitting work does not by itself transfer copyright or guarantee publication. You represent that you have the right to submit the material you provide and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights.

Publication and removal

Broken Zine may select, edit, decline, unpublish, or remove material in keeping with its editorial and community policies. Publication permissions or other rights beyond ordinary site use will be handled separately when applicable.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to third-party services, including login providers, email services, embedded media, and other web services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

No guarantee of uninterrupted service

We try to keep Broken Zine available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be available. Features and these terms may change as the site develops.
