Review: Hold Music, One Star

A flute, a drum machine, and the slow demolition of human resolve.

PRESS FOR REASSURANCE

Too late. You are already reading Broken Zine.

Rating: 1/5.

The track begins with synthetic flute and immediately establishes that nobody involved expects your call to end well.

At thirty-eight seconds, a drum machine enters as if arriving late to a funeral.

Every forty-five seconds, a voice interrupts: “Your call is important to us.”

This statement is unsupported by the arrangement.

After twelve minutes, the melody becomes indistinguishable from a threat.

Strong looping. Weak narrative arc. No bass.

Would not stream recreationally.
